BUDDHIST
BLUES

You can go home again. But should you?

SYNOPSIS

In 1993 in St. Louis, a young man named Lou finds himself living outside the law and estranged from his Jewish family. He risks visiting his cousin Susan, a psychiatrist, whom he hasn't seen in years, and invites along his Black girlfriend, Lili, who arrives at Susan's home before he does. Susan has been recently divorced from her husband, Nick. In less than ninety minutes real time from Lili's arrival, the lives of these four characters unravel before our eyes.
